Cubby Bench in Vintage Red/Black

A handy bench with storage too. The three cubby niches are ideally basket-sized, and great for shoe storage. Made in Canada from solid pine and painted rustic Vintage Red Over Black, for that element of weathered charm. The four-stage hand applied finish involves first painting the bench black, then red overtop of the black, and then distressing the red paint as to reveal the original black paint below. And with a final clear coat, the result is a convincing, two-tone, weathered, yet polished, look.
