Shipping

Most Lighting and Accents are eligible to ship anywhere in Canada. All orders placed with The Emporium are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Ottawa, ON. All packages are shipped using Canada Post, a reliable carrier servicing even the most remote corners of Canada. No duties will be incurred. Orders shipped to Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, and Prince Edward Island will be subject to HST. Orders shipped to all other Canadian provinces will be subject to GST only.

There are two options for items eligible for shipping, to be selected at Checkout:

$19 Regular Flat Rate Shipping – 3 to 10 business days

$39 Express Flat Rate Shipping – 1 to 3 business days

Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you live close by, please note that Customer Pickup is available at no charge for all orders.

Delivery

Furniture and upholstery require special care and a two-person delivery team. Our furniture and upholstery is delivered to Ottawa/Gatineau and short-trip destinations in our own truck and by our very experienced delivery crew.

We offer two delivery options, to be selected at Checkout:

$150 Standard Delivery – Delivered to your door by our delivery crew. Choose a.m. or p.m. delivery window.

$200 Premium White Glove Delivery – The most accommodating experience we could create. All items will be placed in your room of choice, assembled (as required), and all packaging removed, by our delivery crew. Choose a two-hour delivery window.

Customer Pickup

All items are available for customer pickup at our showroom or warehouse in Ottawa, ON. There is no charge for customer pickup.  Customers will be notified by phone/email when items are ready. Please select this option at Checkout.

Long Distance Delivery

If you live out of town and require a long distance freight shipment, we can coordinate that too. Please call or email us about this option.
